Jenn Lane has done an outstanding job for us as our realtor. She’s very thorough, honest, and diligent and follows through on every detail with the buyer’s realtor, the lender, the escrow company, and all inspections. She was with us every step of the way, making the whole process less stressful, and kept us informed of the status of the sale from day one, the reasons for any delays or additional requirements, work to be done, etc., and she sold our house in near-record time at very close to asking price. She has worked late into the evenings, on weekends, and even while on vacation. She has an amazing network of contractors and other resources at her fingertips. Jenn has gone above and beyond on our transaction, and we would highly recommend her for any sale or purchase as well as rental property management.
