Jenn: Responsive and easy to get a hold of

My wife and I worked with Jen when she was the property manager of a home we leased through Frontier Property Management. As a property manager, Jen was very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and quickly took care of any emergencies. After a one-year lease, then continuing to rent for another 18 months, we decided to purchase the home. This is where Jen really began to shine as she was able to communicate our situation and needs to the owners, and was a strong advocate for us. With the help of Jen and another real estate agent from Frontier, we were able to purchase the home without trouble. Even after the purchase was completed, Jen continued to assist us, and still communicates with us to see how we are doing in our home.
