I highly recommend Jenny Lane, who in addition to many years of experience with real estate sales also offers rental property management services. She took the time to meet with myself and my son initially for about an hour in order to gain a full sense of what we needed and give us required paperwork, when we wanted to rent out our home in Groveland as a long-term rental to local tenants. She also arranged for professional cleaning services and talked with and showed the home to potential local renters who love it. We later met with Jenny and her colleague, Havilah, to discuss the process of renting something closer to my graduate school internship and my son’s doctors in another town.
