Although I have only rented from Frontier Property Management for 1 year, I have to say that they are great! The apartment I live in got flooded from this flash flood that we recently had and they had maintenance out so fast! My area rugs got ruined (so I thought) and they had a company clean them for me. Frontier is so easy to deal with and all the ladies that work in the office are always so helpful and cheerful. I mainly speak with Havillah & Shelly and they are always friendly and on top of it all. The other PM company I dealt with in the past was very unprofessional. I recommend Frontier if your going to rent/purchase a place.
