  • a) Tenants will be charged for repairs and maintenance for damage cause by resident’s neglect, abuse of the property, or lack of knowledge in the use of the equipment,

    b) It is the tenant’s responsibility to know how to operate common household appliances such as the thermostat control (heater and a/c), sprinkler control, toilet plunger, replacing central heat filter, resetting breakers in the electrical panel resetting Ground Fault Interruption (GFCI) switches, turning off water and propane to the home, and relighting of pilots as needed (the safest procedure for this is to contact your propane company and have them do it).

    c) You will be called by your vendor to schedule your appointment within 5 business days. If you have not received a call within 5 business days, it is your responsibility to follow up with your property manager. Someone over age 18 must be there to meet vendor.

    d) Maintenance appointments are only available weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

    e) If you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for a service call fee. f) Routine repairs will be handled on a priority basis once notice is received by our office and may take from 14 to 30 days.
