We understand that our lease must be up and we must give at least 30 days notice before we move.

We understand that we are responsible for paying rent and utilities through the end of the notice period or end of lease agreement, whichever is longer. Security deposit shall not be used by tenant in lieu of payment of last months rent and utilities.

We understand that our security deposit disposition will be mailed to us no later than 21 days after all occupants have moved out completely AND we have returned our keys to the Frontier office.

We agree to allow Frontier to put up a For Rent sign, and to show to prospective tenants with 24 hours prior verbal notice.
