My husband and I have a property in Sonora, California which we have been renting for 3-4 years. Since we moved out of the area and then out of state, we have had numerous issues with tenants. We finally realized that we needed to relinquish our "hands on" approach to our house and treat it more like a business venture. My husband met with Alison Daniels in May of 2011 and turned the property over to Frontier Property Mnagement. It has been easier for us to sleep at night knowing that the property is being maintained and supervised. We no longer have to deal with tenants not paying the rent (either late or not at all).
