History:The company started operations in 1974 in Silicon Valley/San Jose, CA.  Our Silicon Valley division provided professional property management services for over 30 years.  Due to the success of the Bay Area operation and the desire of the owners to enjoy country life in gold country, the Sonora based division opened their doors in 2005.

Tom W. Griggs – Broker of Record/CFO

 Tom has over 35 years of Real Estate Sales and Property Management, During this time, he grew the business through two recessionary cycles by providing creative asset management advice to his clients.  As the Senior Broker and Field Supervisor, he maintains and grows owner return on assets through strong tenant management, extensive and creative marketing, and effective strategies for short term and long term home maintenance and repairs.
